1. 24 Hour Fitness offers the FitPerks Loyalty Rewards Program (the "Loyalty Program") to allow participants to be awarded reward points through certain activities that 24 Hour Fitness designates from time to time and to redeem points through the Perkville website.

2. To be eligible to participate in the Loyalty Program and earn rewards points, each participant must be a new or current 24 Hour Fitness member in good standing, 18 years or older, register at fitperks.24hourfitness.com, and agree to the Loyalty Program terms and conditions. Each participant must register using the same email address as on file for the participant’s 24 Hour Fitness membership.

3. To earn points for referring a friend, the referred friend must be a first-time 24 Hour Fitness member who purchases a select 24 Hour Fitness membership and remains a 24 Hour Fitness member in good standing for at least 60 days after purchase. Purchases of short-term, add-on memberships and other specialty memberships do not qualify for earning points. Loyalty Program participants cannot earn points for more than 5 membership referrals per year.

4. To earn points for becoming a first-time 24 Hour Fitness member, the participant must purchase a select new 24 Hour Fitness membership and remain a 24 Hour Fitness member in good standing for at least 60 days after purchase.

5. Participants may only earn frequency bonus points in one qualifying activity per category per day. This applies to all activity categories, including check-ins, participating in personal training sessions and attending group exercise (GX) classes.

6. 24 Hour Fitness may, in its sole discretion and without notice, terminate the Loyalty Program at any time and change the Loyalty Program rules, benefits and/or conditions of participation, the goods or services offered in exchange for redemption of reward points and/or the number of points required to redeem goods and services. 24 Hour Fitness also has the right to make no future awards, void all prior points awarded and exclude specific types of transactions from eligibility for earning points. Changes may be made even though such changes may affect the value of the reward points already accumulated.

7. 24 Hour Fitness reserves the right to delay, withhold or invalidate accrual or redemption of FitPerks reward points in the event of technical errors, potentially fraudulent activity or similar issues. 24 Hour Fitness can invalidate rewards points from a participant’s account if it determines in the sole discretion of 24 Hour Fitness that points were improperly credited to a participant’s account or were obtained fraudulently or otherwise in violation of these Rules.

8. By participating in the Loyalty Program, each participant acknowledges and agrees that 24 Hour Fitness is not responsible for lost, stolen or mis-delivered rewards (including vouchers or other redemption methods), or for errors made by other third-party merchants. Additionally, participants acknowledge and agree that reward points do not constitute property, do not entitle a participant to a vested right or interest and have no cash value. Rewards points are not redeemable for cash, transferable, or assignable for any reason.

9. Opting in to email communication from 24 Hour Fitness allows Perkville and Solution One Partners, Inc. to maintain the integrity of each participant’s rewards account. Loyalty Program participants may opt out of receiving email from 24 Hour Fitness at any time. But please remember, once the participant opts out, the participant will also not receive email updates on points.

10. All reward points must be earned and used according to the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Program. Reward points may only be exchanged for such goods and services from stores managed by Solution One Partners, Inc. as determined by Solution One Partners, Inc. at the time of redemption. 24 Hour Fitness assumes no liability for any prior offers which may have been presented, but which is not a current offer at the time of redemption.

11. 24 Hour Fitness makes no warranties or representations, either expressed or implied, and expressly disclaims any and all liability (including consequential damages) with respect to the Loyalty Program or any goods or services provided through the Loyalty Program.

12. All interpretations of these rules, terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of 24 Hour Fitness.
