This perk is for you to gift a friend/family member - one free day pass. The day pass gives them access to the main gym/locker rooms/saunas/group classes for one day.
A walk-thru with a certified personal trainer is a general orientation, helping a member get familiarized with a select circuit of some of the main gym selectorized machines. It will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you redeem this perk, please take the redemption code to the front desk and our staff can apply the walk-thru to your account. You then want to fill out a "trainer request" form to request an appointment with one of our trainers.
