Thank you for your loyalty to the Rochester Athletic Club. Once you have enough points to redeem a reward, you can choose from the options available. Please note that it may take 1-3 days for your perk request to be processed. Although you receive an initial automated email immediately, your perk will not be available at the club until you receive a 2nd email from the “RAC Perks Team”.
Points are not valid as cash.
Perks will not be replaced if lost and will expire after 180 days.
Exception: Kids Club Package (25 Uses) will not expire.
Retail products are non-returnable after pickup.
Does not include gratuity on services (massage).
