The Rewards Program and its Perks are offered at Nouveau Skin Center's discretion, and Nouveau Skin Center's has the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Rewards Program, including the point levels and Perks offered, in whole or in part, for any reason, at our sole discretion. Nouveau Skin Centers, PLLC may, among other options, withdraw, limit, modify, or cancel any Perks; increase the points required for any Perks; or modify or condition the transferability of Perks. You agree that Nouveau Skin Centers will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the Rewards Program of Perk offered, in whole or in part.
